You may receive college rejection letters as early as November. Such a letter is not an assessment of your personal worth. They simply mean that you and the college are not a good match. Despite what you know about yourself, the college admissions officers know the college.

  • Be passionate about something in your life besides school.
  • Be sure that your essays are a genuine reflection of who you are.
  • Your best writing is evident when you write what you know about.
